Instructor and personal trainer David Aleshire and Master Laura collaborate on a class including kickboxing for cardio and low impact exercise to lose weight and tone the body.
What you will need and when, in your training:
- For the first class you will need lose fitting clothing.
- Once you have decided this is the class for you, you will need Gloves (with padding on the knuckles, wrist support and if you would like to spar - fingerless).
- For sparring you will need shin and instep protectors.
